I provide individualized and specialized care to people of all genders and identities make sense of how relationship experiences, and the anxiety that can come with them, shaped the way they see themselves and show up in love, sex, and connection. Like many specialized providers I am out-of-network in order to provide you with the highest level of care without the restrictions of insurance.

I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use the tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services. I can also provide Superbills upon request if you would prefer to submit on your own so that you may receive potential reimbursement.

Intake and Follow-Up Sessions for Couples

  • $225 - 50 minutes

Discounted Individual Sessions for Healthcare, Education & Military

  • $193.50 - 50 minutes

Discounted Couples Sessions for Healthcare, Education & Military

  • $202.50 - 50 minutes

I reserve three spots at a reduced rate of $100/session for those experiencing financial stressors. Please contact me to inquire about more details.

Two Ways to use Out-Of-Network benefits

  1. Check your benefits with Mentaya.

Use the benefits calculator below to verify what your out-of-network benefits are and what potential reimbursement you could receive from our sessions. Mentaya will submit the Superbills to your insurance on your behalf and once you reach out out-of-network deductible they will send you a reimbursement check through the mail or direct deposit.

2. Submit Superbills on Your Own

At the beginning of each month you will receive a Superbill that will detail the sessions you had in the previous month. This Superbill will contain all the information required for your insurance company to process and determine if they will provide reimbursement.

You can contact your insurance company directly and ask them the following questions to verify out-of-network benefits:

  • Do I have mental health/behavioral health benefits?

  • What is the reimbursement rate for out-of-network providers?

  • Do I need pre-approval or a referral?

  • How many sessions per calendar year will my plan cover?

  • What is my out-of-network deductible?
