To provide you with this level of individualized care without the constraints or limitations that insurance companies often impose, I operate as an out-of-network provider. This means I can focus entirely on what you need, not what an insurance company approves
Two Ways to use Out-Of-Network benefits
While I don’t accept insurance, many of my clients receive 50-80% reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.

Use the benefits calculator below to verify what your out-of-network benefits are and what potential reimbursement you could receive from our sessions. Thrizer will submit the Superbills to your insurance on your behalf and once you reach out out-of-network deductible they will send you a reimbursement check through the mail or direct deposit.
2. Submit Superbills on Your Own
At the beginning of each month you will receive a Superbill that will detail the sessions you had in the previous month. This Superbill will contain all the information required for your insurance company to process and determine if they will provide reimbursement.
You can contact your insurance company directly and ask them the following questions to verify out-of-network benefits:
Do I have mental health/behavioral health benefits?
What is the reimbursement rate for out-of-network providers?
Do I need pre-approval or a referral?
How many sessions per calendar year will my plan cover?
What is my out-of-network deductible?

Individual Therapy Sessions: $230 per 50 minute session
Couples/Relationship Therapy Sessions: $230 per 50 minute session
(Both intake and ongoing sessions are the same rate)
Reduced Rates for Those Who Serve
In appreciation for those who have dedicated their lives to serving others, I offer a reduced rate of $205 per session for:
Healthcare workers (nurses, mental health professionals, physicians, etc.)
Educators (teachers, counselors, etc.)
Military service members (active duty, veterans, and spouses)

Sliding Scale Availability
I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, regardless of financial circumstances. I maintain three sliding-scale spots at $100 per session for clients experiencing financial hardship.
These spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and require a brief conversation about your circumstances during your free consultation. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to work with you.
