Feel Confident and Connected

Therapy for People-Pleasing, Perfectionism & High-Functioning Anxiety

For the ones who've spent so long managing everyone else that they've lost track of themselves.

Close-up of off-white fabric with a smooth texture and slight folds.

You’re tired of crumbling under the weight of others expectations.

It’s like you can never take a breath.

You've spent so long trying to be what everyone else needs that you don't really know anymore. The constant monitoring, the mental math of how to keep everyone comfortable, the exhaustion of never being able to just be — it's become too much.

If this sounds like high-functioning anxiety, looking fine on the outside while you're quietly falling apart inside, you're far from alone.

And it makes sense that it got here. These patterns didn't come from nowhere. At some point, being easy and accommodating and never too much actually kept you safe — or at least kept the peace. You learned early that love worked better when you didn't ask for too much, didn't take up too much space, didn't make things hard.

The problem is that what protected you then is exhausting you now. It's left you burnt out, quietly resentful, and disconnected from who you actually are. You're performing for everyone, including yourself.

The anxiety, the self-doubt, the fear of disappointing people — none of that is a character flaw. It's a story that started a long time ago. And that's exactly where we begin.

Sound like you?

You read the room before you even enter it, scanning for tension or disapproval.

You can advocate fiercely for others but go silent when it's time to speak up for yourself.

After social interactions, you replay every word you said, hunting for proof that you messed up.

Your body tenses when someone says "we need to talk" because you're already bracing for rejection.

You apologize reflexively, even when you've done nothing wrong, because "sorry" feels safer than conflict.

I’m here to help with…

  • Relationship Anxiety & Fear of Abandonment

  • Boundaries & Asking for Help

  • Social Anxiety & Fear of Judgment

  • Self-Criticism & Negative Self-Talk

  • Perfectionism & Fear of Failure

  • People-Pleasing & Over-Functioning

  • Self-Worth & Belonging

  • Anxious & Avoidant Attachment Patterns

Here’s what we’ll do together

Therapy can help you feel confident in yourself and your connections.

We start by making sense of where this came from. These patterns aren't random, and they're not who you are. Understanding that is where something new begins.

Anxiety is usually protecting something underneath it. We go there together — to the fear of being left, the grief over needs that went unmet, the anger at having had to be so small for so long. That's what deserves to be felt and heard.

Along the way, you start learning to notice when you're acting from desire versus fear. We practice listening to your body. We work on speaking up for what you actually need.

Over time, you build real trust in yourself. Setting a boundary stops feeling selfish. Showing up as you actually are stops feeling dangerous. And your relationships — the real ones — get built on genuine connection instead of constant worry about whether you're enough.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

You deserve love and connection without earning it, performing for it, or shrinking yourself to keep it.

What we’ll work on

Imagine a life where…

  • You wake up without that knot in your stomach. No mental checklist of who you might have upset.

  • You say no to something and feel relief instead of guilt. You trust the relationship can handle it.

  • During a disagreement, you stay present instead of shutting down or over-apologizing. You know conflict doesn't mean the end.

  • You share something vulnerable and don't spend the next three days analyzing how it landed. You trust that you're enough.

  • You make decisions based on what you actually want — not what will keep everyone else comfortable.

You’ve been holding it together for so long.

You don’t have to hold it together here.
